About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design and delivery of production AI systems for our US enterprise clients. You will work across the full AI stack: from data pipelines and model training to deployment and monitoring. This is a client-facing senior role — you will own technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and present solutions to CTOs and engineering leads.
Responsibilities

Design and build production AI systems: RAG pipelines, AI agents, fine-tuned models, and NLP solutions

Own technical architecture decisions for client AI projects

Lead discovery sessions with client engineering teams to scope AI solutions

Write clean, testable, well-documented Python code with high standards for code review

Deploy and monitor ML models in production: performance tracking, drift detection, retraining pipelines

Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on ML engineering best practices

Stay current with the latest AI research and evaluate new models and frameworks for client applicability
Requirements

5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years focused on ML/AI systems

Deep Python proficiency: FastAPI, async programming, data processing

Production experience with LLM frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent

Experience building RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

Solid understanding of transformer model fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA, full fine-tuning)

Experience deploying ML models to production: model serving, monitoring, and scaling

Strong communication skills — you can explain complex AI systems to non-technical stakeholders
