We collect: contact information (name, email, phone) when you submit forms; usage data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics; project information you share with us during engagements; payment information processed through secure third-party processors (we never store card details).
Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: your explicit consent; performance of a contract; our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention); compliance with legal obligations.
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Contact data from inquiries is retained for 3 years. Project data is retained for 7 years for legal and accounting purposes.
Cross-Border Transfers
We may transfer data to countries outside the EEA. When we do, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection.
