Services
TechVerse Solutions provides software development, AI development, and digital transformation services. All services are subject to separate project agreements and statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built code and deliverables. TechVerse Solutions retains rights to general frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing tools.
Limitation of Liability
TechVerse Solutions' liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
