The Challenge

Our Solution
We built an AVM platform trained on 5M+ historical transactions, integrating MLS data, tax records, satellite imagery features, and local market indicators. The system generates valuations in under 30 seconds with confidence intervals and comparable selection transparency.
Our Approach
We trained gradient boosting models on geographic micro-markets, with separate models for property types. An LLM layer generates the narrative explanation of valuation factors. Agents review AI output and can override with documented justification.
